As many of you know we have been preparing to start our own Gratitude and Trust podcast since the first of the year.

I was just telling my mother- in-law about this and she said ‘What is a podcast?” Not a crazy ass question for someone of her generation. I explained it to her. But, she does not have a smart phone, a set of earbuds or a Jambox; she is even without a Beats Pill.

But, there are hundreds of thousands out there who do have all of the above and they are downloading podcasts like crazy. Over a billion were downloaded last year and it’s only growing.

Podcasts have only been around for ten years.  They are the fastest growing form of entertainment and we are thrilled to be part of that growth.

Just The Facts – Some Questions You Might Have

• We will be podding or casting or whatever you want to call it once a week. New podcasts will be released each Tuesday. You get 52 a year!
• We will be discussing things that have to do with Gratitude and Trust. Some episodes will be more geared towards our book than others it depends on the guest. But in each episode you will walk away with some helpful hints, bits of wisdom or take aways from other people’s missteps and lessons learned. We promise. We talk about the affirmations and use them on the podcast.
• The Podcasts cost nothing. That’s right. Nothing. Nada. Niente. Total freebie. EXCITING AND FREE!
• There are several ways you can get them. We will be posting them here on the site. They will be archived on the site. So you can just listen to them when you read the blog. Though you will be directed to our home base PODCASTONE.   They are an hour long, so usually people download them, store them and listen when they have time, are driving, working out, or just relaxing. So the BEST way to get them is to subscribe to them through either iTunes or start an account with PodcastOne our producer/distributor. That is totally free too. No cost for an account. That way Paulie and I are there on your phone, your tablet or your computer to listen to whenever you want. And truth be told if you want us to grow and prosper and build this community, subscribing is the best way for that to happen. Not financially, as I said they are FREE. But when you subscribe people will see you like us. You really, really like us and that in turn will attract more listeners and advertisers and we will be EXCITING, FREE and SUCCESSFUL!!!!
